  • Correct me if I am wrong, because I don't know if it is different for strong man, and bulk building, but that EXTREME arch in your back looks like bad form and/or really unhealthy, possibly potentially dangerous.

  • @TheIVVPLabs The arch helps keep the weight on his shoulders to ground him. It's a powerlifting technique. If done right helps save your shoulders and keeps the weight centered.

  • @LvcianWayne Ahh, see, I was wondering if it might have something to do with a different training style. Since I mostly go for lean muscle, when I press, I use freeweights and I try to keep my back as flat against the bench as possible so I won't strain it. Thanks, though, always good to learn something new.

  • @TheIVVPLabs Lucian is correct trust me man lock your upper back and arch for your bench your shoulders will thank you and you will use more weight and gain more muscle! Since learning to bench correctly My whole upper body has gotten way more muscle. You don't need this much arch but a little will help for sure

  • how do you like that sling shot ?

  • @uhwarrior71 LOVE IT! its a must have
