All individuals recording sporting events where accidents can happen MUST refrain from recording your feet. You witness a disaster un-folding in you viewfinder, FREEZE, don't 'zoom in', don't think your going to run after them to help, the best thing you can do is DOCUMENT the event. IF you are successful your video can be used as evidence in a court of law. Jerking the camera just makes that one-in-a-million video event useless......an opportunity wasted.
