  • no i my mom didnt see ur video she work at a thai restaurant and she been cooking her whole life.......she knows how to make many thai and lao dishes........i seen most of ur videos and i enjoy watching them....especially the Pad Thai video.....my favorite dish....

  • Why not use a whisk to make it easier?

  • @TheKokopanpan a whisk will make too many bubble in the eggs and when you steam you will see those bubbles inside the custard. When you use your hand it made less bubble and help the custard come out smooth and fine.
