Beautiful playing, Bing. I love some of the chords you add to Danny Boy. And although I listen to the Blind Boys of Alabama fairly often, I never think "hey that song would be great on the dulcimer!" It takes your unique ear to make that connection. Very cool.
interesting that there's a interpreter for sign language... I wouldn't expect many deaf people at a concert (maybe afterwards, depending on the music)... or are there any devices for feeling the music through vibration etc... ?
@fo76 Actually, I've seen them before at concerts. I have both family and friends with hearing loss and I work for a hearing aid manufacturer. Many people with hearing loss are able to hear music but have difficulty understanding speech, so they learn sign language or read lips for that.
Your version of Danny Boy is just beautiful. Love it.
