Hey don't worry, I had been struggling for more then 15 years and still struggling, but it's getting better now. What I did is that I keep a journal which I call "the battle of masturbation" and it DOES help reduce the frequency of it. In the journal, I marked down more than just the date after I did it, but I also ask myself about what happened before I mastburate and what are the cost after doing it (eg:smelly hand). Think of some +ve suggestion and add props to distract yourself. It helps !!
