  • match made in heaven

  • that elephant joke was in my new uncle johns bathroom reader :O

  • If you like this, check out RHCP "Magic Johnson" and "Nobody Weird Like Me". Love the Red Hots, Just wish they made big, bad funk music that all the Rap or Hip Hop guys would give their nuts for as tracks instead of the mellower, modern rock songs.

  • Its all about the nikes.

  • Will Farrell looks like Chad, Chad was born first

  • cobus, your turn:D

  • hahaha chad smith looks like will farrell

  • This is fake. Flea don´t use t shirts.

  • I think people need to realise that it's not about how fast or how technical Flea or Chad is playing, it's all about how they sound! They sound fucking awesome together and while I'm sure many funk/jazz bassists or drummers could do this, I doubt they could get the energy and sound Chad and Flea have and get.

  • @ThatOkayGuy on fucking point

  • @ThatOkayGuy Les Claypool and Jay Lane. . .

  • I didn't know Flea actually owned any shirts.

  • Chad's drumming faces are the best ever :') <3

  • absolutely incredible

  • flea cum....

  • no guys, you didnt accidently hit fast forward at 0:25

  • the only drummer who can keep up with flea

  • @delkhairio Jack to ;)

  • @malmberwilliam Cliff martinez

  • @delkhairio the only bassist who can keep up with Chad

  • @ThisRedRockOfficial plenty of people can keep up with this. Really. He is neither playing at any inhuman speed nor is what he's doing so unconventional that any number of jazz or funk bassist couldn't roll right along with it.

  • @delkhairio What about Jack Irons???

  • @delkhairio jack Irons?!?

  • @delkhairio tightness to the max, god i love pro band jams.

  • @delkhairio The Chili's themselves said Flea had to keep up with Chad at the audition... haha.

  • 0:34 Look at them sick kicks he had on!!!

  • love it

  • @GrungeRox1990 LOL yes you are.

  • No mindless cowardly internet back talk on RHCP videos please. Have some respect.

  • @GrungeRox1990 Yes, you are so divinely beautiful that, instead of being a popular face in Fashion world, you're talking with us mortal people here on YouTube. I'm glad I haven't seen your face in any case.

  • @GrungeRox1990 Yes, my butt does hurt very much, as I have been shitting all night long after seeing your ugly ugly face and any time I can't help thinking about it, I start shitting again, more and more.

  • like flea...love chad!

  • @2sticks1drummer Honestly you have to love all of them and I adore every single one I myself am a drummer also and 90 percent of what I play is derived from chads style and dynamic

But there will never be another man like flea

  • Funktasticaly Funkalicious!!!

  • @blitz849

    Freaky Styley

  • ROONEY(MANCHESTER UNITED) TOTALLY LOOKS LIKE FLEA

  • I'm so mad at Red Hot Chili Peppers. They didn't need to get more and more commercial. After Blood Sugar Sex Magic they wrote some wonderful songs, however they've mostly written commercial things, some "la la la" or "ñe ñe ñe tu tu tu" songs, which sounds as they'd been written for stupid teen girls or children. It's a shame. E. g. "Snow": what the fuck does that fucking lullaby represent to me?! That is no funk, that is no Rock, that is no good. What is that? I can't tell, I really can't.

  • @PietroRumenta

"snow" is awesome, as all rhcp songs are. go fuck yourself!

  • @DeinVorbild95 Look at you. Any time someone says something negative about your favourite band, you all get angry and start crying and shouting like sheep, instead of thinking better or evolving your minds.

The fact that it's your favourite band doesn't mean they're perfect or they've never made any mistake. You must be critic. You had better try to start your brain up and clear your ears before it's to latte, or, perhaps, it already is.

Greetings, my deaf, blind and tasteless friend.

  • @PietroRumenta

1st of all nirvana is my favourite band. than you said snow was a bad song, not funky at all bla bla . thats bullshit coming from a hipster thinking hes cool to know bands songs before they got popular. but snow is funky as shit, just look at the verse vocals, it isn't based on melodie, it's mainly rhythm, like in give it away! the melodie of the chorus is a contrast to the verse and sounds awesome. lyrics are great too! they put different styles together, why should that be bad?

  • @DeinVorbild95 Bla bla bla=your sister. Hipster=your second sister. Cool≠me, ≠you, EXPECIALLY YOU.

Now that you've said you love Nirvana everything is clear. What could I expect from someone who likes Nirvana? However I can't understand, forgetting for a moment about the fact that that RHCP have been getting more and more commercial through the years, how you can like both RHCP, who can play, and Nirvana, who'd practically hit their instruments and just made a mix of noise and annoying sounds.

  • @PietroRumenta

    i don't have sisters!

they don't make music because of money. californication was their best selling album because of one reason: it was fucking awesome. not only because it took their funk to a new level, i've learned many bass techniques from that record for example those arpeggios in fleas bassline to around the world.

and stop bitching about nirvana!! you just can't understand the music of a stupid junkie like kurt cobain because you're even more stupid than him!!

  • @DeinVorbild95 Ah ah! You're taking it too seriously; all you've said about Californication is true, I've learnt some bass techniques too from such song as the one you said and right on time or Purple Stain. You're also gaining positive points: you're the first Nirvana fan whom I've ever heard admitting that Cobain was a stupid junkie. However I must disagree about one thing: there's nothing to understand there. There's to understand a lot in stuff like Pink Floyd, Dp Purple, Zeppelin, and so on

  • @PietroRumenta

you can't compare nirvana songs to musical masterpieces like led zeppelins stairway t. h. and songs don't have to be complex like that. kurt cobain simply wrote children's songs that sounded like rock 'n roll. the distorsion made it aggressiv, it was mindless but full of power. and the melodies: simply awesome, like the beatles. he never wanted to be mainstream like that, he hated corrupt ppl and made fun of MTV when they told not to do something. he was a genius in his own way!

  • @DeinVorbild95 Now you're talking, even though I disagree about the comparison to The Beatles. However, I will never be able to stand Grunge, expect for some good stuff by Soundgarden and Pearl Jam. The Grunge phenomenon kind of "tried" to destroy all the music experienced of the three decades before. Usually people who play Grunge might be even worse than Punk, they canon play very well and they often pretend to see genius where actually there isn't' any; some stuff can be enjoyable though.

  • @PietroRumenta

l like all music which comes from heart.

  • @DeinVorbild95 So do I, most of the times. It depends if it reaches me. Everyone is different, so everyone can and cannot be reached by the same things. Rock on!

  • @PietroRumenta MOTHER FUCKER!

  • @1Sifting Yes, I am, as I used to fuck your mother just while she was pregnant of you. My dick must have hit too hard and too many times against your little fetus head inside her uterus; that must be the reason why you are so stupid and unable to express yourself as a regular human being.

Next time, try to explain yourself, please.

  • @PietroRumenta I fucking love nirvana.

  • @1Sifting That's fine with me, as long as you don't make me listen to it. The problem is that most of the people who love Nirvana, Grunge, Punk and all that stuff, don't understand a damn about music, except for the few intelligent and realist ones, like DeinVorbild95, who knows what he deals with. I hope you're not that kind of person, or actually, I don't care since you're not a neighbor of mine.

  • @PietroRumenta Welll your opinion is wrong. You need to be a bit more open minded.

  • @1Sifting How do you know? Perhaps you're wrong and need to be more open minded, especially after you've said "Rush and all that technical bullshit": it's not about technique, it's about being able to play. Do you think RHCP is no technical music? Flea's one of the most technical bassist in the world, and Chad Smith has a groove and a shuffle that only few bluesmen have. There are a lot of bands that are not technical and can play well anyway, though. If you were a musician you'd understand.

  • @1Sifting Let me be clearer: I'm not that kind of sheep-guy who thinks that only Dream Theater, Porcupine Tree and all those technical monsters are the real music. Those who think so are blind. Technique≠beauty and spontaneity, something else needs to be added. I've got circa 15700 songs in my library, I listen to a lot of music and a lot of kinds and genres of music, and that's never enough, you'll never stop learning. It's important to distinguish what's worth it and what's superfluous.

  • @PietroRumenta I get exactly where you're coming from, I'd rather listen to the solo from a chili's song because of the precision and perfection their guitarists put into every note, sweep picked solo's have no emotion or feel to them they're just fast played mechanical bits of shite created to attract small minded guitarists.. If you're on my boat

  • @Satanischer I agree. I'm not the kind of guy who thinks technic is all. I like some technical stuff, as I hate when people who are unable to play and are totally unskilled and unserious become popular, famous and worship.

In any case, there must be some "blues" in any kind of music to make it effective and true. There some guitarists capable of speaking through their guitars with just little notes, not many endless scales. However, there are also technical guys who can express deep emotions.

  • @DeinVorbild95 dude ur a fuckin retard.

  • @PietroRumenta

Ohh mann Just shut the fuck up and let me Enjoy Music ><

  • @RonyRedMusic Always choosing the easiest way out. Nobody forces you to read what I've written. You are the one who started commenting my comment, the one who started this "conversation"; now you must be responsible for your action and ready to pay the consequences, although it seems that you would rather not face the truth.

  • @PietroRumenta

SHIT >< NOW Youtube will delete my channel or having a ban - I dont give a FUCK. The consequences Means nothing to me - it doesn't cost me any money to get another Channel you knaw.

  • @RonyRedMusic You've misunderstood me. I'm not one of those sons of a bitch who have other people banned just because they think in a different way, not at all. I like sharing opinions.

  • @PietroRumenta

Oh and BTW bitch.. It's Blood Sugar Sex Magik with a 'k' you moron..

    RHCP ROCKS!!

  • @RonyRedMusic As you'd neve misspelled a word, you asshole. Look at you. Any time someone says something negative about your favourite band, you all get angry and like sheep, instead of thinking better or evolving your minds. I've got that album right here, I know it. Sorry little ñe ñe kid, go cry to mama 'cos someone has misspelled the title of your favourite fucking album.

The fact that it's your favourite band doesn't mean they're perfect or they've never made any mistake. You must be critic
