hi i ve got those books they helped me with my thesis on my MSc Computational Finance but they do assume prior knowledge as I found they are brillant books for the advanced reader only if one is looking for a general read they may find these books a difficult read I found them brillant

Furthermore I am writing some research papers on the comparison between the Markowitz approach to portfolio optimization and portfolio optimization based on cointegration technique.
