The constitution grants us the right to protest. However, the constitution does NOT grant us the right protest in a manner that can disrupt the education process,

Thus, not ALL forms of protest are allowed. For example, violent protest is unlawful, as well as the protest demonstrated in the video, because it can negatively affect those who are in the school by distracting them and skipping finals, etc.
