SarDira I was inquiring about the jingle that is during the pre-roll of this video. I think its a stock jingle from some program like final cut pro but I can't find it. Any info other than links would be helpfull
A year ago I decided I would never purchase a Mac again because I don't want to support the smug culture and overpriced underpowered hardware. This attitude of constantly trying to bash other products to build themselves up is getting tiring.
Microsoft typically doesn't bash Apple in the same way that Apple bashes Microsoft. Even the "I'm a PC" Ads merely showed the price of the apple hardware. Apple's get a mac ads suggest you can't do anything fun on a PC and it is limited to Spreadsheets and Pie Charts... At least on a PC you are able to play games and have access to a much larger library of software including professional software not available on a mac (ie. AutoCAD, Solidworks, many other sci./eng. programs)
Yes this is true but the point is that there are commercially available alternatives to all the software you listed for Windows. There is no SUITABLE alternative to AutoCAD for mac or solid works, and a huge plethora of engineering software that I have to use daily.
And this video make you feel that was the right decision?
It feels like it's your mind that's building up drawing conclusions base on not much at all. To me the Apple bashers are just as good at bashing and building themselves up (if not worse) and their opinions are often based on a lot of ignorance about the Apple platform.
I own a Macbook and an iMac. I've been using Apple products as well as Windows and Linux all since each one was respectively brought to the market. I think Apple has great potential but I wish they would stop making everything proprietary and allow their open their operating system so it can run on different hardware.
They've already tried that (in the 1990's) and it didn't go very well. Apple makes money on their hardware and one of the benefits of the Mac is that the OS is made for a select few machines = less trouble with drivers etc.
I would like that Apple should gave us a little more hardware options, i.e. faster more up to date graphics cards.
Um ok where's the second part?
And ATT on the iPhone is awesome.

@mistasopz
Well, there's also quite a lot of software on the Mac that's not available on Windows. Logic, Aperture. QLab, Garageband etc.
