It's funny because I was considering moving to Las Vegas to be close to family and go to CSN to start fresh since work here is hard to come by. Brilliant! Greetings from CSULB.... Yes, we as staff are getting hit, but it's ultimately hurting the students the most. That our state could care less about giving them less for more... pitiful state of affairs any way you look at it... We need to push to fund education differently. That it is a 'discretionary' line item is beyond belief! Let's learn from the other states and someone DO SOMETHING up there in Sacramento to make a positive change!!! Put our future first, not last!!!

Furlough's have been killing Cal Poly as well, and it's such a shame that it has come to this save a buck in the education system.
