talking about blocking, the george Carlin part of my new video had no audio along with a few other george carlin videos i went to look at on You tube had no audio at my friends house who has verizon internet, i have cable and all george carln videos work fine strange very strange

I think it would be odd if it was just part of the video that would be blocked. That would take either someone manually doing it, or some really advanced software to look through every video on YouTube to block just the sound.

Now if it was the whole of the video, that would make a little more sense, from a logistic standpoint.
