But yes, Spino would have died as soon as T-Rex got a hold of his neck, probably would have decapitated him with those massive jaws an neck muscles.
In most paleontologist's opinion T-Rex would have come out victorious a good 8/10 times.

How do you do the whole "Video" thing? i have Windows Live Movie Maker and the DVDs but it is always nothing but static never does the pictue come out clear i was kinda getting sick and tired just using pictures
the trex sene in jp3 were spiney kiled him was unrealistic any sicentist with half a brain whould know trex had the bite force to more than kill spiney if he really bit his neck like that to tell u the truth if they ever fought id b supprized if spineys head didnt come off just look at there heads compare the mouths trex is the king/queen .
Tyrannosaurus Rex made Jurassic park 1, No question he was the star dino, He was also fantastic in the lost world... which may not have been as good as the oringinal but a damn worthy sequel
Jurassic park 3, suffered from several things but the way they killed the TREX was bogus.. Spino could never beat a full grown adult T-Rex
Now that jurassic park 4,5, and 5 are announced i hope they T-Rex is brought back to take back his throne and they dont ever leave him out again.
