You can eat more than just pudding. They offer a lot more than that. Also,if you use coupons, you won't be spending $300 on your products. Still, the cost is off-putting. :/

hi! ive been looking into medifast because i have chronic lime disease and it made me gain about 65 lbs. i was wondering how long it might take to lose that on medifast. also how much do you have to exercise/ thanks!
