So to chorus the holy quran is already one way of these 7 ????? Or any of us two has understood something wrong... Obviously you didn't understand what I mean with "singing technique". The 7 ways refer to the "qiraat" itself, not the "vocal" techniqes. Salam.
Well actually there seem to be no reason, why not to apply vocal singing teqniques on quran. I think I would'nt make this, but many people say as long as you don't use instruments, you can do everything. (See Mustafa Ismail) But the main point is, that it sounds nice.
All the Garie is from Türkey and the name of garies is 1.Mustafa Özcan Günesdogdu was a Imam from the Central moscue in Hamburg Germany and he is a best recider in Saudi Arabia in the jear 1991 2.Cihan Kodal is Imam in Istanbul 3.Ibrahim Özer is Imam in Izmit 4.Murat Cicek is imam from Urfa
subhanalla, thier imitation patterns testify to how muslims can keep thier faith fairly unchanged over decades. all they are doing is imitating a qiraat of a particular surah, but look at how every inflection and frequency is perfectly matched. Allahu Akbar.
mashallah, u see how 4 people can be from different parts of the world and yet the universal tone of the qur'an unites them all. mustafa ozcan(turkey)is the first reciter, i know the last qari is egyptian but does anyone know their names?
and wat is also said is to decorate your recitation of the quran with your voices. to listen to it with full attention doesnt mean dont enjoy the recitation
innshallah i makde duaa u will:) bro,....i used to be jahil, but as u kniw the best of jahil is the best of muslim ( im not saying im the best muslim) its a hadtih....:)
I would rather listen to a beautiful voice then a harse and uncomfortable voice. everything is gods words, i agree.. but when the beautiful voice is present, why not use it? i love to listen to Abdul basit just to listen to the beautiful tone, maybe its worng of me just to listen becouse i like hos voice but at least im listening to the quran.. im born and raised in a country of disbelif and sin..
the guy on the right is (as far as i know) Mustafa Ozcan Gunesdogdu, who won the best adhan competition in, i think it was, 1995... not too sure though... avustralya'dan selamlar =)

sallams, the lahhan is very close to abdul basit but is it islamically correct for all of them to read at the same time. It makes the quran seem like entertainment rather than sacred words of allah which we should ponder about when hearing
This is not singing.. this is called "Recitation of the Quran (Holy Book of Islam)" .. and this is not prayer .. we do recite quran in the prayer but these men are currently reciting they are not praying !!
Hello, I'm not Muslim but I do enjoy the singing of Prayers especially in Arab. It comes from deep inside the heart and soul of the interpreters.
In your title though the word "imitators" is not well chosen. A more appropriate name would be Interpreters or Messengers. ( after all they do sing the message of Allah.
He wrote imitators because the person who is quite famous in the Islamic world, who recites this way is Sheikh Abdel Basit. He died at the age of 62, the same as Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), some 18,19 years ago.
Salam to you my number brother! I would be out of my mind to suggest something like that. It is purely coincidence, just an observation. Thank you for pointing that out, it will, I hope, take out any misunderstanding for future readers. Salam, Shalom, Peace upon you all. Over and out!!
we are not supposed to just enjoy the melodic tone of recitors in islam, however many people do this and this is islamically incorrect. the prophet sed wen quran is recited listen and hear with your full attention.
MashaAllah this is so beautiful.you can tell the 3rd man voice.:) Also pls don't call them imitators as they are MashaAllah given a gift by Allah (SWT) can recites to Sheikh Abdulbasit's way.
I see clearly your point however i still don't think it's the appropriate word :),i hope u understand what i meant.Remember that there lot's of style of tilawa which origins from the Sahaba time in which one of them is now famous as Sheikh Abdulbasit's way.anyway Jazak Allahu khairan for uploading this, really beautiful.
