Assuming it doesn't stretch as well as a power stretcher, I still would be inclined to believe it stretches more than a knee kicker. Your thoughts?

Yes, you can use it on stairs but it's a bit unwieldy and requires a travel spacer. The stair stretcher is purpose built for stairs.
