Oh yeah, regarding the "wrong turns;" the way you avoid that, is that you start a race. Go to a stop light, spin your wheels and start a race. Next, focus ONLY on following the cars BUT DONT' TRY TO WIN, and try avoid getting taken down; just follow the cars until you get to the finish line, but, DO NOT FINISH. Cancel the race. Repeat until the path is memorized.

the key to not getting lost in burnout, is to simply follow the cars to the finish line, over and over, until you memorize the path if you don't get it the first time. Once the path is memorized and you know where to go, THEN, THEN, you kick everyone's ass.

maybe this was added later, but if you click right on the d-pad and a few clicks down there is a restart option. I wonder how everyone missed this.

thing is your wrong about the no restart, wait maybe you are, you can quit events but u cant restart that sucks... but still why did you even choose ikusa gt i prefer the jansex xs12 coz thats the car ive unlocked to

no, im right about the restart option.. but i will say that there have been talks about an update to allow you to restart races.  also, i most likely didnt have that car unlocked (or hadnt played with that car yet) when i did this review.

you cant really customize your car much.. a couple colors to choose from on each car.. thats about it.. but good thing is that there are a LOT of cars to choose from

Is burnout paradise the same on the normal race event, online?! You said something about that there is no restart option?! :O On burnout revenge it automically respawns you on the right road, but doesn't paradise do the same? :/

They actually had that song on Burnout Dominator. It was because there are girls that play Burnout that complained about it so they just put it in. Never would've guessed girls would love to blow s*** up with cars. XD

Very well thought out review. Excellent job! The only thing that I would change is that you make is more "platform diverse". The game's online mode meshes well with the 360 AND the PS3. It would probably be better in the future to just say "online" rather than get specific. Then at the end you could implement any differences between the two versions. I understand you own a 360 and that's just fine. I'm just sayin'.......

Nice, Nice, Nice! I liked the bit about those damn gilette fusion vans... No game needs that! It seems a lot like what need for speed did with all the minivans covered in Progressive auto insurance logos in NFS: Carbon, because nothings more annoying than being smacked around by the Mr. Clean's and Ronald McDonalds of advertising in your own game.

May i add? Something i find missing from burnout 3 that stuck to my head, since picking it up. explosions :D. Also while in showtime mode, i do happen to see cars heading my way, which often just disappear. small things missing, but all things consider burnout paradise is outstanding.

Good review, Can't quite agree with you on some of the Cons. Like the music is good. The advertising on the Van is really annoying, but seriously. What kind of gamer cares about billboards when there going what seems like 200 mph? I know i sure dont. Also one wrong turn cant always = Epic fail. I have made many wrong turns and all you have to do is simply turn around then boost to catch up. Showtime mode isn't really Doe and Childish, its fun when competing...Childish..its a game!
