The problem w/ this boat is that it is fitted with canons that can hit only 9 miles out becuz Obama cancelled a system which would have enabled the boat to shoot 70 miles out.
In these modern times, the US navy is likely never going to see sea battle but it could make use of that 70 mile canon shooting from sea to land.
