Aww, sorry to hear about the gain. Body weight does fluctuate fairly randomly so 2 weeks is not enough time to know whether you are truly stalled or not, so dont lose heart. If you are still stalled after next week, look at the type of food you are eating. Different genetics requires different protein/carb/fat ratios. Its not all about points and calories.
@Mr40by40 I actually measured myself after making this video and found I lost some inches over the past two weeks which made me feel much better, and this week I lost 3.2 lbs so I feel confident that I'm on the right track. Thank you for your encouragement!
