Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Red Mist) is such an underrated actor. He was amazing as McLovin, but even more amazing as Red Mist. It shows that he is able to branch out, and play other characters. Honestly, I think that if he keeps up with the comedy movies, and movies such as this one, he could be the next best comedy actor. Maybe even the next Seth Rogen (except with better movies.)

Actually Chris got the role of McLovin by going to the audition. If he was really a bad actor he wouldn't have got the job. I'm sure he beat some "seasoned" actors. Nobody knew who he was until then. He plays the nerd because that's what he's good at. His roles are in comedy movies. But to be honest, with all the money he's making, and all the movies he gets to be in, and all the amazing actors he gets to work with, I'd take it. Even if it meant playing a similar role.
