Toshiro is debatable, Ukitake will be crushed (he's built to fight energy based foes), Shunsui can probably fight him, Yamamoto definitely, Unohana on hold (no canon fight yet), Komamura was already in a losing battle with him before, Soi-fon's shikai can probably be negated by his spirit energy and she can't face Zaraki head-on without Shunko possibly, Tosen got the crap beat out of him, Gin has a chance with Bankai, Mayuri & Byakuya is debatable

@thebrown007 It's in the captains stats that TK released. It's tied at #1. Yamamoto and Aizen #2. Unohana #3. Shunsui #4. Byakuya #5. Toshiro #6. Ukitake #7. Gin #8. Komamura tied at #9. Soi Fon and Tosen #10 Mayuri and last Kenpachi. It takes all their skills and powers and totals them up. If you don't believe me google it. Don't get me wrong I like Kenpachi he is one of my favorite character's but he is not as strong as people make him out to be like I said before.

Forbidden > level 90 > level 80 and so on... some forbidden Kido requires you to sacrifice something to use them, making them illegal... but all Forbidden Kido are extremely powerful...

@McBliz Not at all. Yama used a specific Kidou that was a sacrificial Kidou, depending on the users Spiritual power, it was more destructive the more there was and how much was sacrificed. (This last bit is general speculation. But I would suspect its true considering he didnt give up a limb or his zanpaktu wielding arm) We see Tessai use a 99 Kidou against Ichigo when he was regaining his powers without the chant or sacrificing anything.
