  • hi thanks for the great videos!! i'm on day 2 of eating right because i made a little wager with my friend as to who can lose 5 lbs (or more) by the end of the month. but i do love cake!! i'm going to Knott's Berry Farm this weekend and gonna have some funnel cake... mmmm.... funnel cake....

  • I love it thanks Susan you are thee best. My vice is chocolate. Do you recommend abs everyday or every other day? I know you are able to work them everyday. I have been working them everyday with only a small difference. Do you work your everyday?

  • @tupacgrace I work my abs probably 3-4 times a week, I incorporate them into the rest of my workout!! Diet and cardio are a critical piece to remember too!!

  • Susan lately my diet is crap...honestly: crap. But I've been still working out. When I gain weight it goes to my belly and also my arms. I notice that my arms are getting bigger. Is it possible that my diet is making me gain fat only in my arms evn though I only gained 5 pounds or so. Or the fact that I keep doing arm exercises (push ups, dips, planks, etc) is making muscle under the fat appearing that I have bigger arms. (sorry my poor english...). Thanks in advance for any answer )

  • @shapeurmind Keep doing your exercises, yes the muscles are building, but your body will start doing an exchange of muscle for fat. Watch your overall diet, add some good cardio into your workout...we all have our "problem areas" were we tend to hold more weight. The body will want to hold onto that extra fat for awhile, but it will eventually just start coming off if you stay consistent and watch that eating...:) Best of luck and keep it up!

Can you suggest exercises that are just for the lower part of the butt, you know, the part between the butt and thighs, because I'm going crazy, I still have a little cellulite there and can not get rid of him even though I often do the exercises for the butt and do cardio too and eating healthy :-((

  • @ljledencan That'a a tough spot to loose for women...we all have our areas were the weight comes on the first and it's the last place to go. I would suggest many different variations in squats, plyometric jumping is a great strength builder and fat burner..I put some jumps/hops in my last Fat Blaster workout...sounds like you are on the right track, just stay consistent and keep challenging yourself each workout...You'll get there!

  • @jlee2118 Ya, those are pretty bad...maybe find a version of the nuggets that are a bit healthier!

  • Glad your feeling better, my trainner had me doing the SKATER move still feel in it in my thighs !!!! My favorite cheat food is Mint Chocolate Chip Klondike Bars!!! YUMMY
