@EnjiBEARatsu If I remember correctly, Rarity's voice here is actually Tabitha St. Germain, her voice actor in the series, but they replaced her singing voice with another actor in the final version.

Seems kinda odd that they'd put this older, unfinished version of the opening up on the official MLP YouTube channel. And yes, this is an old version. It is not the opening for season two. Rarity's voice isn't changing. Don't worry.
