Hey, I used Photoshop to create the basic shapes; and I used After Effects to add the text and animate the graphics.

Unfortunately, that music's eluding even me. I've got everything apart from that, which is very annoying! I'll keep looking for sources to try and obtain the music. My source left sit-up before speed auction went falling.
