Can you really stay in for only two minutes?

I was wondering if you could benefit from wearing a more covering swimsuit - perhaps one of those modest swimsuits aimed at religious women, or one of the all-over suits worn by some professional swimmers. Would the extra covering help? Just a thought.

My heart rate doesn't go up much because my muscles get too tired before it has a chance. Remember the only muscles I'm using are my biceps and some of my shoulder muscles, so it takes a lot of movement in those few muscles to get the heart rate up.
