  • where he teaches? sorry my english is bad.

  • @FilmacionesNexwolf I am teaching in Brooklyn New York.thank you!

  • It's interesting how different your training is compared to mine in relation to CLF techniques in sparring/fighting.The school I have trained at has more of a western boxing & kickboxing emphasis than you have here.Pretty cool to watch and it makes alot of sense.Best to you and your school.

  • Really kung fu, skillful & powerful ....

  • Perfection: this is how Sifu Wong's movements should be called!

  • This guy is beast!

  • CarNikolaj, what are inferior training methods?

Technically, you can take any drill/form/movement and apply it.

Whats important is if the person has the courage, ability, and intelligence to use that method.

Also depends what your focus is when you train.

Fighting, body mechanics, gong fu, etc.........

  • I'm hong sing myself, this is awsome! i wish those fucking MMA people would stop talking shit .

  • @raymondfong92 Well thats the only thing those MMA people know, shit talking with a beer in hand. Nothing more.

  • Very well done. The sifu sure could generate alot of power into his punches and kicks. The big guy was truly intimitated by his master heh heh.

  • pretty good! but ist there any reason why you raise the heal of your rear foot when striking?

  • i like it. there are some moves i havent seen. gooddd

  • wow, great skills, thanks for posting! I'm curious, where did the Sifu learn his craft?

  • @kcyb From China Xin Hui Choy Lee Fut Founder Association

  • A real master of Clf KUNG FU THIS kungfu to be continued . I' m happy SIFU XIN HUI I hope you continue to learn this original fighiting techniques

  • When I do Sow Choy against mits or a heavy bag, my elbow is hyperextended and hurts for days. I can not find any way of doing it with out hurting my elbow. Any advice?

  • @kustomhead bend your elbow.

  • @soliloquyofthecloist Thanks! I didnt know if I could bend at the elbow, or if you had to keep it straight.

  • @kustomhead A good rule of thumb is if it hurts, you should ask your Sifu why.

  • i like ur t-shirts!!

  • Thanks for all the positive feedback.

Sifu Wong says all styles are good, Karate, TKD, Muay Thai, Kung Fu.....

There are no superior styles, just superior training methods and people.

  • Finally a good southern KF man that can display clean, crisp, powerful kicks! Kudos!

  • @SyunNgHung What if some style has inferior training methods, then? :-)

  • Great video! I have a wavemaster and was looking for ways to incorporate my kung fu training into my wavemaster workouts. This will be perfect!

Oh and @crosboid, the smug Muay Thai fighters you know are completely ignorant when it comes their knowledge of Kung Fu. Choy Li Fut (the style shown in this video), Wing Chun, Hung Gar are all great for street defense.

  • This is very inspiring to watch!

Do you cross train or specifically train on how to defeat specific types of fighters? The reason I ask is I know a lot of smug Muay Thai types that think that the various kung fu styles are as much a waste of time as much as TKD or Karate as they don't train on avoiding knock out punches and just tend to have too many flowery forms.

Your style seems to be a bit more direct, which is refreshing tbh.

  • EXELENT!

  • Great Kung Fu and wicked combos, please make more videos like these. I love how he shows the combos on the bag and then at the end shows the applications on an opponent. :)

  • It is very good!!!

  • I think boxing and this style would complement each other.

  • @thecj29 it's true

  • excelente demostracion!!!!!

  • this goes into my favorites very nice demonstration, and the guy at the end is huge oO

  • haha kinda..... LOL but no.... dat isn't nice to compare ppl like dat...

  • Very nice. But remember a master will read your foot movement after 3 second. Please work on it. Move it more. Thai

  • ur a noob and ur trying to tell him what to do??? this guy is the master.... please no more noob comments, its embarassing

  • very good CLF.

  • Top notch, very loose, very powerful and a pleasure to watch

  • What a treat! The fluidity of movement is stunning! It really enforces Bruce Lee's maxim "be like water". Brilliant technique!

  • Master Wong is one of the most outstanding CLF practitioners in USA. Not many like him.

  • Amazing. Authentic Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu in all its might. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. :D

  • Looks really good. Out of interest, do you also have a background in contemporary wushu and nan quan?

  • 3:38 when that big guy learns proper choy lee fut, he's gonna be a deadly killing machine! lol :)

  • i have always wanted to learn this style becoz of its great powerful swings. but yeah im stuck with jow ga n its abit similar to choy lay fut

  • @123liondancer My main style is Choy Lay Fut, but I've learnt Hung Gar and Jow Gar......they're all very good. Jow Gar is between CLF and Hung Gar. Wished I had kept on praticing my one Jow Gar form....I have forgotten it completely. :o(

  • very good

    ;)

  • 5 stars
