the JAM conditioning get i good its only conditioner and it holds but you can comb right thru it and it is really good

i think it's when you use conditioner before relaxer instead of shampoo so that you don't strip away your hairs protective oils. I know the oils are what keep your scalp from burning when you get it relaxed.

i'm sorry but you shouldn't use jam. It contains sodium hydroxide= the main ingredient in most relaxers. I wouldn't use it, throw it away!! It drys and damages. Please SAY NO TO JAM!!!!!!

The only heat is when I use the hooded dryer once monthly. But I use no direct heat.

just a comment if the olive oil's first ingredient isn't water then its not a moisturizer, then u may be double sealing. Great video love ur site tho. does that olive oil stuff really work?
