Are the beaches still littered with all the old masonry from buildings torn down?

Hey. I didn't notice any of that. However, this is the only beach we visited: Marina Piccolo. I think I remember seeing some of that old masonry you refer to by the port where the boat dropped us off from the mainland; not sure of the name of that port. . .
