The judge threatened to shut down the workshop when David Wilner challenged a utility vendor statement that the meters were only one watt. Later in the day the vendor announced that it is one watt with an antennae gain which effectively can double the radiated power.

Note: Silver Spring Networks executives admitted that SmartMeters transmit 24/7. The meters upload usage information 6 times per day to PG&E, and then continuously ‘chat’ with each other every few seconds to authenticate and keep the network synchronized.
Wireless Smart Meters are blasting our homes with microwaves. Californians are not sitting back and allowing PG&E to get away with their lies about how much radiation the meters emit. You can see me nail PG&E about the lie they tell their customers that the meters are not activated. This whole workshop has so many lies told at it that it boggles the mind. But what do we expect from a corporation that poisoned the entire town of Hinckly and blew up a neighborhood in San Bruno?
I wish there was more on the video from this meeting. However, I am thankful I took the time to listen, because I was outright lied to (I found out via this vid) by a PGandE customer service person who is "expert" on these procedures. I was told that until after the CPUC meeting, no RF's would be turned on. This didn't make sense, because how could they charge if they couldn't read it! Well, what sounds not true, is not true. And to think I live downwind from Diablo nuke plant isn't reassuring!
