I see you have a blink flinch. May want to look into that. With rifle it's common and doesn't affect the shot. Not sure about archery, but I want my eye open through the whole shot process.
@goldmaste78 fake follow through is a pointless waste of energy. the shot is already gone. lol and that is the best shooting I have ever done. 1401 that week. wish i was shooting that well now.
technique is horrible, shooting elbow is too high, your release is sloppy. bow should stay on point at least 3 seconds after you shoot. that's probably why we don't see where the arrows are hitting, all over the place. Tighten the posture and maybe then it would be worth watching. I shoot traditional, posture is imperative when shooting at moving targets...
Its right there in the video description, shot 1400 on the FITA round with this posture and release. The arrow leaves the bow way before she moves her arm so that is not as issue and the release is a constant movement backwards.
You say you shoot traditional, scored a 700 FITA yet?
Is your draw now longer than on some of your previous clips?

im 15 i hit bulls eye at 30 meters with longbow no site....my long bow is cartel draw weight 30 - 45 i pull 28 lol i think i suck...
