  • What I noticed was that even when you fixed your set (that was the first obvious thing) you brought your hands down to your legs. This loses you some of your velocity. Bring your legs up to your hands, not the other way around, it will increase your backwards rotation speed.

    But they're pretty good, grats on them =]

  • Dude that's awesome. My goal is double back. Don't be afraid to grab knees and really pull into a tighter ball especially on the second flip. That is where many people lost rotational velocity
