NAFTA was pushed through under Clinton, so he always gets the blame..however the original NAFTA trade policy,which was supposed to help our economy, called for even trade between countries, with steep tarriffs for companies that imported more into this country, than they exported...well, NOW we export NOTHING! except natural resources..no goods/and Bu$h removed the tarriffs.
