can barely hit her own notes and sounds so off. This sounds too flawless

ones - you can tell she is lip syncing.

Tone, technique, consistency, pitch, and skill are all much more important factors in determining vocal ability. Again, not that Mariah doesn't carry these, but her range doesn't define her greatness.
