I hate winter in my city. Regina is boring. I can't drive so I can't go shopping, my parents are lazy and don't drive me anywhere and my friends are either busy or retarded.

I know a girl from Thailand who is moving to Regina to marry a local in February. It's +30 C in Thailand. I think she is in for a shock!

Wow, insane! You could easily freeze to death in temps. that low.
this happens in wisconsin. this last winter it got to -40 F. the minute you take hot water out there it freezes before you can throw it! lol
