@skysdnb by sliding the camera sideways and rotating slightly, keeping the object in the foreground as still as possible then flipping back and forth between two frames (in editing) that slightly shakes the background thus seperating it into two layers, it takes a bit of practice to get it right so that it doesn't shake too much or too little.
