"Logan", we've found your videos on SEVERAL websites that pre-date your existence here on YouTube. You have been pwned. Until you can make a video showing who you are, you're word is worthless. Shit. I even found found videos of *you* that you never had! loooooooooooooooooool
Your allegation of abuse is based on your interpretation of "fair use," which is not a given truth, but rather a very arguable one. They know exactly where Irish is, let them take him to court.
Thanks, AnonOutreach. Yes, a lawyer can legally file a DMCA complaint on behalf of a client. The way the DMCA reads, however, if you want to file a counternotice to defeat a complaint, you must sign YOUR OWN name and give up your address. There is nothing in the DMCA that says a lawyer can sign a counterclaim on your behalf. This is why I think the DMCA is unconstitutional. It does not allow you to stick up for your rights while remaining anonymous.
DMCA then cannot hold sway in Canada as far as I know simply because one is allowed to file legally without the other party getting *any* personal information if the lawyer is willing to file and show cause why that information should not be given except during proceedings...
It would be interesting, in such a case.
Can a USA citizen remain anonymous in other civil suits?
AnonOutreach, I saw some videos on YT once about an attempt to pass a Canadian version of the DMCA, but I think it was defeated. Sorry, I don't know that much about what happened in Canada. Theoretically, an anonymous defendant may remain anonymous unless the Plaintiff shows prima facie evidence that the defendant actually did commit a crime or a a civil offense. But if the judge is convinced that the defendant probably did something wrong, he can pierce that anonymity.

Well then, I'm sure you'll be able to show us plenty of instances of where you've defended the raped, instead of the raper right?

Oh puleeze--DMCA protecting the MPAA which doesn't even speak for most artists is hardly defending rapists.

And why is that you're here instead of Irish himself? Please explain. Is it like Gary said, that you're being protective of your AF(adult friend)?

You seem to have quite a bit of access to this 40 year old man's stuff.

Will you, the NAMBLA attorney, be representing Claude pro bono or do you take your services out in trade in the form of sexual favors?

You make excellent points for anonymity and pen names.
The abuses have already occurred, unfortunately. What we need to know is how to protect ourselves.
A good website if you ARE bullied is bullies online--check for it in google.
Question--can a LAWYER legally sign the DMCA form on behalf of a client?
Good series.
