Mods are only on the PC version using the GECK or possibly some other editor (i dont know of any). If you are playing a console version you are majorly missing out. Trust me, I know mods.

I agree 100%, mods turn fallout 3 from great game to OMFG WTF GODLIKE game. These weapon mods, the realism mods and the Real time settler mods are incredible. Going back to this video lol @ the triple headshot at the end on the enclave soldiers doing pushups.

these weapons are sweet and all but we need some variants of the Universale Maschinepistole, (UMP) but thats just my opinion, the .45 is a half decent gun, imo more damage than a CAR or AR, but not superpowered...and probably uses the 10mm to fire... wearker variant but realistic.

Fallout 3 uses the Gamebryo engine and Stalker SoC uses the X-Ray engine. Hope that helps ya.

Indeed, as per the name USP, as where the U stands for Universale. .45 is a very large caliber for a pistol, thus my statement it sounds very weak, it does not at all sound like the gun in this video.

Yes it does, but it kind of reminds me of a pistol that you can upgrade in Army of Two. I think that it's the barrel that was changed. I think the upgrade was called Samurai Edge.
