How is this not just DLC for SF4? How can they do this with a straight face, and why will so many just accept it?

It always seems strange to me to see them call Bison Vega. It really threw me off when I played a Japanese Capcom vs SNK cabinet a while back. Despite knowing full well that he was originally called Vega.
