I wish you lived in Illinois, I could use your help. Should I return my cool seal to the store and opt for something like this? I have a leak right now a limb fell on the roof. Is this expensive to buy and where can you buy it? Thanks

sorry for not seeing your question I hate cool seal on a mobile home. But finding someone taht will so this for a good price is hard. Cool seal is good for a roof that has been taken care of well . No rust. Metal roofing can be put on mobile homes also.I buy my material with Best destributing

a great fix is a piece of galv metal screwed over the hole and the use sur lock

did you totally sdhere this??? you should also install drip-edge metal dtripped with flashing

Yes we used yellow substraight glue and used termination bars on all the eaves and rakes there for you would not need drip edge. The rubber folds over the edge and goes just above the gutters and install termination bar with screws every 6 inch

i was just asking about your edge termination because i install alot of firestone roofs and it calls for edge metal stripped in on that type of termination. rock on though dude still the best thing out there,dont see to many videos on it though thats cool. have a good 1...

I work at gaf. That term bar detail is used on our 10 year warranties with 6"oc. Gj on that roof not to bad at all.

No problem! Yeah, had a roof over a screened in porch..roofer originally was going to use a rubber membrane, time went on, and he substituted tar and gravel..a bad substitue!

Rubber is the way to go on any low pitch roof or even flat roof for that matter. Nice cars in the video WOW
