I find it pretty hard to believe that Bob Dylan would support a Tory government which supports the rich and fucks the poor. I'm not a Labour supporter but I know Dylan would'nt see so many policies that affect the poor as a good thing. The tuition fee rise, EMA cuts and VAT rises are shameful and the government behind it go completely against the equality people fought for during the 60's.
@sionofthebread - As you read in my notes, I'm apolitical but as a someone who lived in the sixties and still remembers (I was a passive smoker then) I think Dylan could definitely have written this about present-day socialism which is so very similar to conservatism that you'd need a sharp knife to draw that line. I think Richard Littlejohn knew that we wouldn't be any better off with a Tory government. I am a pensioner now so I know what poor means. Thanks for your comment. S
... How I love to see AND hear, that some souls don't want to be "deadheads" - I have to thank you for this AND for living and feeling music, as you do! 5 "star-hugs" from heart !!!
Thanks, Ranzo. I'm trying to get there. I had wanted to put the boat as a background to me singing but my present editing package doesn't have that feature. I'll have to get one that will. I kept commenting on your split screen work so I thought I should try it myself!
Yes we have a European Parliament Election this week which will give an idea to the future of the present government. There has been a large amount of 'sleaze' which has involved most of the main parties so frankly I don't think there will be anybody 'pure' left to choose from.
"call me Dave" is the conservative leader who tries to make his public image friendly for us common people. Many of my YT friends tell me it is the same in their countries!
Good luck. I was living in UK for 3 years but at that time there was no EU yet. At least you get to joke about it, in many Asian countries, no such liberty!
That is true and again many friends have told me this. I am happy to live here as 'moaning and complaining' I am good at. I would not want to be anywhere where I couldn't continue my 'art'.
To be honest, my wife says I don't moan enough but it is difficult to find who is the real cause of discontent so I don't like to complain to people who are not directly responsible.
Good to hear political commentary on YouTube. This kind of behaviour is not restricted to the UK. They've all got their snouts in the trough. Don't think the other team will be any better.
I'm not sure i understand the whole situation you and your fellow UK'ers are in, but if your parliment is even remotely anything like our congress you might just want to stay in Norway.... Happy trails my friend!
Could you put your finger on any other leaders who go on T.V. to say, "I take full responsibilty for what has happened and that is why the person responsible has left." You can find that quote on Youtube.
I'm a bit torn between Britain and Gordon Brown or Norway and SNAXDUO. Hmmmm.

Are you anticipating a change of government in that direction? As you see in the video, Call me Dave and I are very close. I'd say about 2cm.
