Late comment, but he's probably playing on Unknown and since the sword he was using was Abyssion (not Blazor Edge: Abyssion [the activated one]) he could only do 1 damage.

it looks like he has blazor edge on both times (note the skill on the weapon both times)... and anyway, considering he's trying to do a high damage video, chances are that his yuri would do more than 1 damage even with the locked abyssion.

i still have no idea how he did it. some kind of glitch maybe? unless it's something ridiculous like minimum damage being unset if you equip the compact sword +1 and then unequip it, but that doesn't really make sense either if you ask me.

Due to his technique, he is required to switch between weapons at an incredible rate. At the beginning of the vid, I think he "screwed up" and switched his Blazor from his Compact Sword +1 at the wrong time. The game must've registered it as the Compact Sword +1 because of how insanely fast he switched weapons...

He must've switched the weapons at the exact frame the damage from the Crushing Eagle went off, thus causing the game's brain to vomit all over itself.

Chain is when you don't go through with a Fatal Strike,where they still have that black aura around them.You increase the chain by causing another fatal strike to appear but still don't go through with.And so,he did it 143351 one time.But i still don't get how that applies to him getting that much awesome damage,though :3
