  • Right on Cody! Way to go man.

  • Also, I wanted to add that I like the mist in the trees from 0:25 - 1:04. It reminds me of an earlier morning fall hunt.....Awesome.

  • I was rooting for you on this one. Glad the work paid off. Way to make short work of those trees too.

  • Right on! It's good to see the cat moving. I know it's been a real headache for you.

  • "And The Crowd Goes Wild!!" Congratulations! I know from your earlier vids that these problems set your plans back a few months. I can imagine the relief you must feel to finally start moving forward again. Even with all the stress and aggravation using that CAT made clearing work easier, do you still think that the investment in the CAT to be a good one? Keep up the good work and keep sharing the knowledge!!

  • Really great results for your hard work .

  • Congratulations Cody,

I was beginning to wonder if this 'cat' was worth all the effort (a lemon) or would it be easier to just get another one.

  • Congrats getting that equipment finally running. Where did you learn how to operate such a critter? Continued well wishes. Also, when do you plan to settle in?

  • NICE!!! Good luck with the project. I cant wait to see it all pan out..

  • This is such hard work you do, I can't believe Liberals want to take even more of your money and pass it to their clueless voting base!

  • Kudos!

  • Cody would you do a video of the mechanics involved in throwing a tree. What to look for and direction wind some of the dangers ect. Like you always do! Your videos are extra ordinary! Thank you in advance! Congratulations on getting that Bohemoth working!

  • I know how it feels when you work hard on something and then it all works out in the end. It's one of the best feelings in the world. Good luck on your homestead project, I hope to do the same thing one day.

  • Moms a retired Machinist if she saw this she would freak no helmet and or safety glasses ...cool video anyway

  • Now that's a 4x4.

  • Fantastic Cody! Good to see the CAT working for ya

  • CONGRATULATIONS!!!

  • why do you wear a helmet and eye protection after the tree is felled? Why not during? Seems like an aweful lot of sawdust and debris flying around - I'd hate to be in such a remote location and be blinded with no help around !!!!!

  • It made my day to see it finally work! Inspiring!

  • Waaaahoooooo! Great work!

  • Great work Cody, it would be nice to get a detailed tutorial of sorts for how to fall a tree properly with a chain saw and an axe!

  • Congratulation,

Your hard work and perseverance paid off .

Thanks for the lesson of never giving up. I would have lost my patience and called in a mechanic and paid for my impatience.

It is amazing the work that Cat can produce.

Be careful on cutting those trees. Wow, I cannot believe how big some of those trees are.

And most of all, Thanks for sharing your experience.

  • great job Cody

  • It is amazing to watch you clear the land. I keep thinking about the value of oil because of how much labor it does for so little cost. Chain saws and dozers are great tools.

  • thank god it works...i was goin to say use it for scrap metal if it didn't

  • Fantastic brother. Stoked for you!!

  • Man I have really been cheering you on about getting your cat running being a mechanic I know how discouraging working on something and it not fix the problem especially when you you buy something that is not 100% ..Good luck in all that you do Keep doing a great job...

  • pretty big smile when you got that cat running. I think that said it all. Well are you going to get into what finally fixed it? God Bless, be well.

  • Glad to see it finally working for you. Your hard work paid off.
