  • mit musik bestimmt noch cooler

  • Nice cape, cool horse.

  • ha the only time my horse gallops is when the food cart comes around..to him its much more importiant than the fact im on his back lol i love him though

  • how do you make a slowmotion movie>

  • I wish I a place like that to run my horse D':

  • to jest cwał

  • Make It Shine was playing in my head

  • looks like the horse is flying...

  • If anybody here is a true equestrian (they will also know what that means) they would see that this is definetly a gallop I'm twelve and I can see it (I have been studying them since I was in third grade.)

  • @sarahmcd89 i would love see this in "real" speed - can you upload it with real speed? would be very nice of you :D

  • I'm pretty sure this is a canter. A very fast one. His back left leg hits the ground first and then the rest of them and even in a canter, there's a moment of total suspension.

  • Pardon me, but being the horse person I am, I would know for a fact that this is a gallop. It is a four beat gait and honestly if you can't see that then you need your eyes checked.

  • @GainingBananas I have glasses and I can see that . But of course people loove to be difficult, it's very annoying.

  • @TheEquestrianForever I have glasses too, and I wasn't wearing them or my contact lenses at the time, so :L

  • Its Voldemort!!!!!

  • AMAZING!!

  • i'm soooo gonna make a vid like this =) it probably won't be as good though lmao

  • Seeeehr,Seeeehr, wooow *-*

  • Beautiful :)

  • Thankyou for all the lovely comments :-)

  • i thought you had a cape on for a sec there would have made it even more awesome then just the beautiful horse :)

  • people, if you think this is a canter, then please explain to me why there is a moment in the gait where all four hooves are off the ground.

  • @equinestar12 Even in canter there is a moment of suspension when all four hooves are off the ground, it's the diagonal pair that get broken up into two separate beats in the gallop, instead of as one in the canter. This is definitely a gallop! Lovely!

  • @WillingHorses No I'm saying it is a gallop i'm proving the people who think it's a canter wrong lol

  • who the hell would think thats a canter?

  • it's hard to believe that the horse was still moving forwards when all four hooves are in the air o.o

  • It kinda looks like the horse is floating, when all four hooves are in the air:)

  • @saifsimpson its because they are probably jealous xD

  • But I must admit to thinking ''needs a helmet''-i was on a neurology ward, [spine op] and believe, you do not want to have a head injury.A doctor's daughter was found dead from a fall from her horse-the horse was waiting by her body-it was utterly tragic, and a helmet would have prevented this. Helmets are a bore, but a head injury is worse.

  • how can anyone think this is a ''fast canter?'' probably the same sort that scream [like in other vids] whwnever the horse gets out of a canter. This is how galloping should be done-in serene silence, with no silly screaming, out of control riders.

  • O.o look at those muscles!!

  • why would you dislike this its amazing

  • @sarahmcd89 You have a nice gallop, and i like Rogers socks, but don't you really think that you might need a helmet???

  • that looks beautiful :)

  • i love watching this and counting the four beats :) lol

  • to nie galop to cwał tempaku

  • its like flying...

  • can i use this? ill give full credit

  • It's like the hosre is flying... love that !!!

  • I think this is absolutely awesome ! I just LOVE it ! <3

  • This is one of the most beautiful horse gallop videos on youtube Ive seen!

  • YOUR HORSE IS BEAUTIFAL!!!!

  • Great Horse !!

  • Beautiful!

  • i love horses!!! i love it how we form friendships with them and they learn to trust you! their just so cute!!! i wish i had a horsey again :(

  • wow nice gallop dont mean 2 offend but u need 2 sit in de saddle more and give the horse a tiny bit longer rein xxx

  • @TheBestRightNow55

You stand up to gallop to allow the horse to move underneath you, (and it's bumpy, you don't want to keep banging on their kidneys). You have short reins so you can stop, even if your horse is excited.

  • @TheBestRightNow55 not to offend you but no he doesn't need to sit down or let the horse have more rein you stand in the stirrups so that you aren't banging away on the poor beasts kidneys and spine. also if you give more rein you loose your ability to control the horse as well, also another reason to stand in the stirrups is so that you can 'give and take' with the reins in motion with the horses head movement so that you aren't jerking in their mouth. this person was riding amazingly well TYVM

  • today i had my first gallop and it was amazing

  • your horse is amazing :)

  • how id yew make it slow motionn??? lol

  • Wow, amazing! This is stunning!

  • Chariots of Fire was playing in my head as I watched this ^_^

  • cool

  • I just got goosebumps!

  • Wow, looks great!

  • needs a hat!

  • wowowow!!! on a camera phone too!! excellent quality!!! your horse is pretty :D

  • Dam look at the horses skin it goes blop bop bop (must have fat) teeheee

  • And no hat! :D

  • what a magnificent pony! best ive ever seen!

  • Sadly without any sound, but still cool^^

  • wow he´s quite sturdy for a connemara... but maybe its the winter coat on his legs

    but thats proper galopp ^^

i´d rather see a helmet on that riders head though

  • One word... EPIC! Haha! Great riding!

  • Would I be able to use you vid if I credit you and message you when the vid is up?

    Thanks :D

Don't worry I won't use it without permission.

  • thats just weird weirdo weirdo weirdo do it non slow motion next time t

  • If you think this is a canter, people, horses actually do not know how to canter in the wild. In the wild, horses can canter, but it is a slow gallop. Humans train the horses to do an exaggerated slow gallop to canter!! This is a TRUE gallop!

  • That is an amazing phone if it has that High speed slow motion setting.

  • @FoxRoxURSoxOff i know-its on mine too!

  • really beautiful good cinematography lol

  • I have an Arabian pony named Roger and I never thought I would find another equine at all with the same name haha

  • is very good video

    and the camera very good

  • Nicee gallop :) And to the people who think that this is just a fast canter - the gallop is actually simmilar to the canter, except with four beats instead of three, in the gallop all four feel hit the ground at seperate times, while a canter is three beats, two hooves hit together :)

  • @Dawnpaw u can see its a gallop because the horse/pony is shaped at a v at the start and end of the stride

  • amazing! (: gosh i love how his knees are perfect! (: <3

  • Beautiful horse! But 100m in 8.8 sec works out to 25 mph, not 40...

  • haha awh he's wearing a cape!! super horsey

  • wow. looks like the horse is F L Y I N G (: everything is just so much better in slow motion (:

  • some of the parts was canter and some gallop cuz on sum of the parts all feet were off the ground but gr8 vid and GAWJUS horse X

  • @luvtwilightandhorses no, all four feet offf the ground is called a moment of suspension and you get a really short one in trot, medium in canter and longer in gallop. It was a fully fledged gallop, not a canter, all the way through. But I agree with you, pretty horse :)

  • @Ilovemypony99 :) my bad then.... :D lol

  • @luvtwilightandhorses didnt wanna put u down or anything though, arrghh! X(

  • @Ilovemypony99 haha yeaah :] x

  • wow! that was beautiful! hihi

  • 0:18. Fly horse fly ! haha

  • that looks amazing! It must be so amazing to gallop... you must feel like your flying sometimes... it sure looks like it.

  • what a beautiful pony!!

how tall dos he stand in hands?

  • it's so weird with the leg movements

  • lol au ralenti

  • Wow. O.o Im so jealous! :)

  • I N C R E D I B L E

  • That is so cool how you did it in slow motion!

  • That horse WAS NOT galloping!!!!!

    It was flying.

  • on peut dormire mdr

  • aww lovley horse hes got a lovley gate

  • wow! gorgous!! the horse isn't too bad either! XD (jk)

  • that is so beautiful! just a pointer when your galloping you should really wear helmet but if you feel comfortable enough i am in no place to tell you that you should or should not so it is up to you. i personally think it is much safer but you look very relaxed and comfortable!

  • look @ 0:17

  • Hes stunning ;)

  • I dont no i dont remember wrighting that.

  • That is a really pretty horse! Your guys are a team!

  • There's only one word: WOW...

  • This looks awesome! :)

  • Beautiful!!

  • I also have a connemara x. He's 21 this year and can still put all the youngsters to shame. Its so nice to see older horses still enjoying ridden life.

  • Your Horse is so beautiful and good 4 his age :D lovely 2 see

  • Your horse is very beautiful, but wearing a helmet when galloping might be a good idea... anyways, you're really good at riding! :D

  • Thats so awsome! i would like to see the normal speed version as well lol!

  • just like a fairytale!

  • Its a bioutifoull galop!!

  • thats like canadas road speed limit >:D not highway regular road well actually thats for like on school roads and such with all the traffic normally its 60 mph and highway is 100 mph >:D

  • you ride bitless!!! yay!

  • that slow motin thing looked super cool!

  • beautiful slow motion

  • Comment removed

  • i don't think that galloping a horse on a hack is finishing them off

  • Comment removed

  • @sarahmcd89 me neither cause its not good 4 them cause the next day they will be stiff i think they should always be walked round 2 cool and finish off :~D

  • @ottopasquier ummm I have a 25 year old mare and I still race her around for fun. But not for long. Just becasue she races him, doesn't mean she competes on him.

  • My 23 year old mare still likes to go for a good gallop. In the field at liberty, or with me on her. Just cause she is running him at the track doesn't mean she competes him in racing, obviously he wouldn't even be allowed to be entered. My little local track is open to regular riders whenever they aren't open for races. Its really good ground to go for a run on. I prefer open fields though. :)

  • beautiful!

  • langweilig ! :D

  • gorgeous track

  • Awesome!

  • would you mind if i used this video in my vid?

  • What a pretty video!! :)

  • it's so dramatic! :3

I love galloping on my thoroughbreds

  • Beautiful!

  • when it is in slowmotion it looks like the horse is flying

  • great footage!

  • Beautiful...

  • wow !!!!!!

  • 0:17 Wow, flying horse! :D

  • you look like you have a really good seat, but then I don't really know any better aha.

  • 40mph? Dont Thoroughbreds run about that fast? Although I guess that since they rarely run 100M (LOL), its not really comparable. Nice horse/pony. :D

  • @CatzKr yeh, buts thats on a long run, they need about 6/7 seconds to get up too that speed, and cover alot more ground haha, where as the pony could probs reach it but not keep up the speed like a TB would, my lil pony used to keep up with my TB for about 30 seconds or more before he'd have to give up haha!

  • you kinda look like a phantom.lol

  • that's fantastic!

  • Thats a propper gallop! non of this poncy "fast canter" haha,

    love it! XD

    xx
