I leaned back when I first shot a gun - try and be more understanding. Also, my mother was in trap shooting competitions during her younger years.

@metaZen lol idk about the helmets but they lean back while shooting because most women that are on these vids are not strong enough to support the gun properly. I am NOT being sexist its just the fact look at little kids they do the same
