Here's what you should do P.J., You should keep Slasher with you so that you can fly OR you can pick Bowser to surf. After you get to Kanto, and get the new starter, get rid of that pokemon that you had and pretend that you just started a brand new adventure! Like so PJ can see this and that you agree!!!

Before you head to Kanto, you should take the Ownership Test at the Safari Zone. That's what I did and managed to add Kangaskhan and Larvitar (now Pupitar) to my roster along with some others

@PokemonJourneyHD I think you should keep Feraligatr Heracross and Dragonair (but evolve it to a Dragonite) Beat all the kanto gyms then beat red and get treecko and charmander to evolve them into sceptile and charizard. THEN since you have heart gold, get the version exclusive, Latias. hope this helps!

Keep Bowser your starter, and both Fluffy and Skyla who recieved the least screen time, Shepard and Shadow have done good stuff so they can go away for a bit, but try and let MsKUNGFU get a big win in a kanto gym before you replace her, just so she gets the glory she deserves that she didn't get agaist the elite 4 besides Umberon.

As for others, I'd recomend Arcanine, Exeggutor or Tangrowth and Tauros or Miltank
