But they don't say anything about planned obsolescence and how much Americans have lost on depreciation of automobiles every year.
$300,000,000,000 per year, plus interest on car loans, plus car insurance.
What is NDP? They only officially depreciate CAPITAL.

Measuring human welfare based ONLY on social, economic, and political aspect of life is severely limited. The ENVIRONMENT is crucial. Consider human well-being in a polluted landscape, with no greenspace, unsafe drinking water, chemically-laden air, and noise pollution. The environment is just as important as the GDP, if not more so.
