@KatKillsWithaSmile Good for your cousin, but unfortunately he's an exception. I'm a schoolteacher and I can tell you that most of my kids are just plain lazy, especially the boys. Why? Because their main goal is fun, not success. I know that I for one totally blew my youth on fun fun fun. My sister killed herself at 30 with it. Truth is that pleasure has become the main desire of youth - but they are going to suffer for it. I want to do what I can to help them wake up and reject it.
@TheFunmaker1000 Can't you see that that's the problem? If you continue living the way you want, by the time you're my age you'll be grieving, or worse. I don't want that for you but you don't either. I encourage you to change course, not for me, but for you. The party won't last much longer.

My cousin is 17 and hes not some party throwing, alcohol addict, doing drugs all day.
Some teens are very mature and actually look at their future!
But really, once in a while fun can't hurt anyone, can it?

Most kids/teens today only look for the fun, and not their future, and what their going to do once they actually graduate.
They will be no where, since most of them didn't pay attention in school.
They wont be able to find a sustainable job, and IF they have a "family", they wont be able to look out for them.
And I'm sorry for your loss...
