Yes, it is :) But the thing is... You shouldn't call him just Andrej Mihajlovich, because "Mihajlovich" is his patronymic name, which means that it's the name of his father (Mihajlo) + the ending "-ovich", which indicates that he is a guy, a son. If he was a woman, it would be Mihajlovna :) Danilko is the family surname and, according to the russian name order, it should appear in the end of the name. It's not incorrect to call him Andrej Mihajlovich, but it isn't perfectly corect either ;)
