i can't believe we're arguing about whether it's right to torture an animal.
anyway, of course i eat for pleasure but eating for pleasure is a lot different to inflicting pain for pleasure. i just said, this isn't about killing the animal, it's about torturing it. ideally, we should return to a hunter-gatherer lifestyle where the animals are completely free before they are killed as quick as possible and eaten. but free-range can work just as well, and that's what i eat.

The fish die once they are taken out of the water and into the ship. We don't have deep fryers in ships to inflict more pain on the poor thing. we don't sit around the table and make jokes while taking chunks from it while it looks like it's alive.

@pohung1993 Lies, the chinese are very wasteful. Besides that fish are usually kept in chilled water until brought to the wharf. They are then slaughtered usually by electrocution. We do not eat them while they are still alive, we distance ourselves from a hurting animal, not take chunks out of it. I hate this "Ethics are different in different places bullshit" I don't hunt, I don't eat live things, there are those who do, and I Prefer to let them hunt for me.
