It indeed is a tele tab, those can be obtained in free to play, try minigame Great Orb Project. The tab I used was a teleport to runecrafting guild tab.

As I have said many times before this is made in f2p. I've triple checked every scene in vid and all the footage has been filmed in free to play. Don't really understand how people don't get this.

By100% f2p I mean I wasn't member when making this video -> didnt use any members only things in it. The outfits, they can be work in f2p after being member once and never taking em off. If u do take em off u cant wear again before new membership. So if u ignore the outfits it's actually all f2p.

Good point, the clothes are excluded. Those clothes I had kept after being a member, and I could wear them (however with no bonus and could not wear them again if I took them off once). My friends on the video were member but they hopped to a f2p world.

You can break a teleport tab bought from the runecrafting guild shop (these teleport tabs teleport you to runecrafting altars and happen to have the same animation as the normal tablets do). You can get these tablets by playing a minigame called Great Orb project.' Also, I do not think that minigame exist no more because I never seen anyone say it

Sigh... You can do the emote any time you wear the cape, also works in free to play. Believe whatever you want though. If you wanna try, send JaGeX a message, and ask about the cape thing. That is because people do not unequip the members' items they wear in p2p before the world hop. Anyways, once they unequip 'em in f2p they can not wear them back, until they are on a members' server again. This also works with quiting members, you'll keep the stuff on you, but you get 0 bonus and once you unequip it it's just a "members object" with options use, examine and drop.

Think that made things lilbit more clear..
