  • fuckin sucks. dont ever touch gloves again.

  • Thats not a boxer

  • I think these kind of videos need a start where each fighter says their name, what they do, for how long, and where they train so we don't get these armchair experts saying "That isn't karate/tkd/boxing/muay thai/BJJ and they suck"

  • they both suck.

  • first of all the boxer cant box. Second, well no need really.

  • They both need work.

  • i love how eminems in the backround perfect fighting music.

  • try hitting each other next time pussies

  • good karate fighter and damn fucking awesome amator boxer his great really but karate is stronger

  • @ShunsuiLSSJ False. There is no best fighting style. There are good competitors, though :).

  • @AurialWolf

    RIGHT ;0

  • hes not good both of them do karate! im training kick-boxing and thats the same techniques as boxing in hands and this is not boxing!! and by the way kick-boxing is better then karate,

  • @xKuzaczx Get a brain Karate Kyokoshinkai, the founder Mas Oyama, is a legend, what does kickboxing have?. kickboxing is a sport. Kyokoshinkai is a part of life

  • @xKuzaczx

i will seyed karate man is stronger but read aurial wolf comment thati s right what he seyed

  • shit vs shit

  • if my boxing couch saw this in his gym he would kick their asses.

  • eminem-till i collapse

  • Bad fight, crap quality, the works.

But, Karate in general comes over boxing. It uses both hands and feet while boxing uses hands only. A well trained black belt would be able to throw a kick to break the jaw before a professional boxer could throw his first punch.

  • @DlNOCRlSlS

    HAHAHAHA

    That's funny man.

  • @dannyownzyou thats great

  • looks like pixel vs pixel

  • fake they are both white belts in karate

  • there foot work is so fucken bad its sad

  • That should be changed to Karate guy v a Karate guy pretending he is a boxer. Real boxers throw punches and dont go back in straight lines.

  • @sugarraygras man that didn't even look like karate nor boxing

, looks more like spasm school kids that think they can fight :P

  • @sugarraygras Had I been the Boxer, even I would do the same... moving in straight lines will be like inviting a knock out.... Though I am a (Taekwondoin and not a karateka or boxer) I Know how difficult it must be for a boxer to fight in straight lines, in Taekwondo we generally go straight and round but change our movements depending on the situation.... I think Boxers also do the same thing...

  • @sugarraygras Hey I fought with A boxer and he was not moving in straight lines, my god when a boxer lands a punch he brings down hell, I mean, I start to get dizzy for a few seconds......

  • @sugarraygras true

  • @sugarraygras

It's called defense in case you don't know and it works very effectively because the offense.

  • suck...!!!!!

  • let us know when they start fightnig and not prancing about

  • newbs

  • Both guys look pretty terrible. I say they last about 30-60 seconds before they are submitted.

  • this Black-Macho want to say that he is boxer ???? lollllll, lock where his hands are how he walks )))) he was open all the time and the karate boy, shold knock kick him )))

i needed maybe 30 sekonds to knock out him :D

  • the looks like two faggots mating

  • worst boxer ive ever seen. if any boxer were to press you aggressively you'd freak and get owned

  • The karate charge with the Chin up will never work against a boxer. THe karate dork may as well put a bullseye on his face and i notice karate has no defense for smothering in fighting

  • @Gyro911 Only a completely unintelligent loser, who has never taken a martial art would believe karate is useless, but only if you get a shiitty sensei. But people like me,who ACTUALLY take karate realise and see its potential through training.

  • Boxers do box with there knees slightly bent for balance, i know because i box for for my regiment.

the boxer didnt look to good, i aint a pro but he didsnt seem to good,

you prob won the fight, but naturally id say a professional boxer vs a black belt, a boxer and boxing in general would come out ontop.

    shit quality btw!

i got a vid of me boxing i put up, my first fight for regiment, godo if your a counter puncher

  • @sidonus It was only 1 round lets see this thing go 5 rounds and the karate idiot will be a goner

  • Soo....neither of these guys wanna put their hands up? Not even a little?

  • fuckin lame

  • shitty quality. Can you find a better quality video?

  • I don't have to post a damn video to say I'd slap these dudes around if I didn't gas lmao.

  • Boxers don't stand with their knees bent. Only bruce lee does that. Easy to see neither of these guys knows anything about boxing

  • @Realtalkherepotna what? you always bend your knees at least a little or you're off balance, what boxers stand up straight?

  • @mikebarros6 The other guy is a dumbass. Boxers bend their knees.

  • @Realtalkherepotna are you dumb?

  • @Gorideyurbike thank you lol i was sittin here like..maybe my boxing gym is just dumb or something cuz im pretty sure we always bend our knees lmao

  • @mikebarros6 yeah, without bending your knees you wont have as much reach & power so

  • Well, you are quick and pretty fluid, however, get a boxer in there that is worth a damn, I dont mean pro or even amateur, just a boxer that isn't afraid to get hit lol

  • all the Karate guy needs to do really is wait for the boxer to close the distance and bang use the side kick to the knees or body.

  • no sweeps?, no class. both bad at their chosen sport

  • why does it say that eminem is about to sing a song but he doesnt??

  • sino tirnen nada interesante ke subir a internet raskense el cul......... y dejen de kitar espacio en esta pag.

  • again, why is the boxer leaving space for the karate guy to kick him, he gets him on the ropes and after a few combos he runnes back!!. the karate dude doesnt know how to clinch and knee so you would think the boxer would try to fight in the box or get into a slug fest but no, he would rather leave space and taste the karates feet!!

  • @zakarnah And you can ask yourself why does the boxer have his hands down around his knees....its because hes unexperienced and this is Youtube.....people will put anything up here....cheers!

  • No class. Plain and simple

  • i think both lost. And I don't think TKD is a great martial art compared to martial arts like muay thai, judo, karate and other martial arts.

  • Who is the boxer??? Both sucks

  • @FinArkal i think the guy in blue shorts fighting like a crab is the "boxer" lol

  • and that is why u will never be a good one no matter whp you beat u will never be the best

  • the video quality sucks

  • hahahah love when ppl arguing about what is best...

Peoples explainin that others are mistaken showing same intellectual level as them. Just watch movie and leave it . No need to say 'you stupid fuk' or 'are you nuts u dumbass' ...

  • Karate is more fun than boxing :)

  • no martial art is greater than another. It all comes down to your physical trianing. wheather you have lighting bolt strikes in the boxing ring or cat like reflexes in karate. In the end it all comes down to the individual. Respect is the first lesson to be taught, with out it your nothing but a ball of anger, blind with rage. Can barely see in front of you much less striking your target. If your fast, agile, and clear headed noone can defeat you. unless you have respect you are not martial artist

  • compeletly agree. Awesome man.

  • who the fuck are YOU to disrespect martial arts?

Tae kwon do might not be as effective in real life as other fighting styles, but it can most definitely fuck someone up.

and karate's shit? are you kidding me? so you must think George St. Pierre and Lyoto Machida can't fight for shit. The welterweight and light heavyweight champions of the world.

and i know what Muay Thai is you fucking idiot, and i know its very effective.

but you obviously don't know shit about what you're arguing.

  • i agree but itf tkd is very aFFECTIVE IT HAS SAVED MY LIFE oops caps any way no one has the rights to insult another ma or fighting style

  • Karate is street based where you have tons of room to fun i am in karate i love it its super effective in a real fight and as long as you have enough room to monover in a ring it can be devastating

  • not on the street where its up close... your be beaten to a pulp!!!!!!

  • have you seen how much room there is on a street lmfao

  • Who is this self centered Jeffrey James Whoever? Are we just a little bit conceited?

Trees don't hit back eh? Well I know one that does!

  • its doesnt matter what style u fight in, its about how hard of a hit u can take..... if u do hundreds of martial arts and master their techniques but u cant take a punch, all that martial arts practice goes to waste becuz no matter how good u are at blocking or dodging punches YOU WILL GET HIT AT SOME POINT, even bruce lee gets hit lol

  • The idea is not to get hit ! But your right in a way. As u have to train these things like anything else!!!! I do wing chun and I train every week by hitting a tree. What this does is make my fists and knuckles strong so that when I hit I hit hard and dnt get any injury's....

  • "tree's don't hit back"

  • true but I bet they are alot harder than u!!!

we spar if that was your point!

my point is karate is a waist of time!!

karate is like going to the gym and pumping up!

looks good but is useless in a fight......

  • That comment is ridiculous, Karate is street effective why would you think it isnt? Its a good solid basic effective striking art that utilises solid punches. What makes you think it isnt?

  • Probably not. I have broken arms and legs with kicks, has your tree done this? Look, I started with BuJutsu, and have studied Kung fu, and competed in Boxing, and wrestling. I won all of my matches. All with what you call Karate training. I am a heavyweight, I have had this discussion with many and some step up and take me on, the matches don't last long. So how do you account for this?

  • if indeed this is true then u are a "hard" guy! Whether or nt u do karate will nt matter. bt when u meet some 1 that is "hard" bt also knws proper fighting skills then u will be beaten....

  • like to see you take on a black belt in a real fight karate is based on street combat not in the ring like boxing

  • karate is not based on street fighting!

I train in wing chun and that is.... "Kamaon wing chun" Look it up and u will see that Kamon wing chun deals with "real life street fights" Karate is a joke!!!!

  • shut up your just as biased as everybody else karate is great for street fight's

  • Karate was created in Okinawa as a way to fight off invaders. it was used in war, back when they actually used physical combat to battle. you fools saying karate is a joke are ignorant, and obviously don't know what the fuck your talking about. Have you ever fought a karateka? they're powerful as hell. Each blow they deliver is enough to break bones, their strikes are equivalent to wrecking balls. They can also take hits, they toughen their bodies through hard and brutal training.

  • u r probably a retard so i will not go hard on ya.

    1. the typical boxing punch is the hardest punch FACT

    2. karate promotes peace. not street fighting

    3. A person that uses wrecking balls as a strength measure should not be even alive.

  • THA FUCK?!?!

karate does NOT promote peace in any way. you're the fucking retard.

martial arts in general promotes self discipline, but not peace dumbass. It was used in WAR, that's why it was created.

i don't give a fuck if the hardest recorded punch came from a boxer, that doesn't mean boxers have the strongest strikes.

and i've heard strikes being compared to hits from a sledgehammer, bat, wrecking ball, and even a moving car.

Watch Lyoto Machida knock out Rashad Evans.

    Karate vs. Boxing.

  • Lol yeah yeah yeah, they're big and strong and every blow is strong enough to break bones. just like dragonball z.

    lol get a life idiot.

  • AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT KARATE, HUH?!

you're an idiot, cause your speaking out of your ass.

karate is based on "one hit, one kill."

you probably think karate is the same thing that spongebob does fool.

and yea, there's lots of wack karate places here in America, but true karate is deadly.

and i just took a look at your channel comments, and from the look of it, it seems that everyone agrees with me that you don't know shit about martial arts.

    so shut your mouth.

  • Lol whatever kid. Peopel dont agree with me cos I say that karate and tae kwon do ar eshit.

    and they are.

go try fighting in thai boxing rules and see how you get on. idiot.

  • hahaha hahaha wow fight any one of those styles or me i doubt ud last to long

  • Lol im a professional level thai boxer mate. I used to do boxing years ago as wel las TKD. Boxing I rate but is very very specialised. TKD is about as useful as a fart in a spacesuit.

And don't come on boasting about how good a fighter you are mate. This is the internet - it's just words. You wanna prove how good a fighter you are? Lol post a video of you sparring before you make any comments.

Cos if oyu've never fought full contact then you're woefully underprepared.

  • 1rst the fart reference made no sense second i have fought full contact third if u were any kind of martail artist u would be putting down other ones if thats the kind of martiL ARTIST YOU R you still got a good way to goive seen kids with more respect for other than you i never said i was a great fighter i just said that any one tha disses other martial arts like that cant be to good himself becuase you u hav to diss it to make ur style feel better every one has an opinion but u cross the line

  • Nah I'm not a "martial artist" and I don't want to be. Those guys are idiot wannabes.

    I'm a fighter.

  • you dont even have videos

  • Um but I clearly do

  • so's wing chun mate. and tae kwon do and even krav maga which claims to be solely for the street.

You wanna do a striking art? do boxing or muay thai and rest assured you can strike better thna nay other art there is.

  • let me c you take on the ukranian heavy weight champion. FUCK karate its fo pussies

  • you're a fucking fool.

    just shut up.

  • Not got anything against Karate, im just telling you honestly what i have witnessed. about 11 years ago i was out drinking with a friend of mine who was a brown belt wado ryu Karate (North borne Karate club) we were walking past someone who appeared very drunk sat on a bench in Poole high street, my friend laughed at him witch he didn't like very much. he got up and squared up to my friend who adopted a Karate stance i thought Dave would show this guy. (Continued)

  • To my horror the stranger who i later found out was a royal Marine from the local camp (Poole in Dorset) beat the shit out of my friend who was taller an bigger built than the other guy. The royal marine did not do karate but he was simply fitter, harder. Fitness plays a massive role in fighting, you may have a black belt but anyone who fights for real knows with out the fitness the skills are nothing.

  • That's where your mistaken. The royal marines train in ju-jutsu. I have trained with them.

  • Bruce Lee: "take a man and train him in boxing and wrestling for a year and he'll beat most karate and kung fu masters of a lifetime"..contrary to popular belief Bruce wasn't all kung fu or wing chun, he took the best of that and mixed it with boxing (which he was an amateur champ of in Hong Kong) and other arts..and he called traditional martial arts, even trad wing chun "dry-land swimming" - "ineffective and fanciful"..

  • In other words Bruce Lee started MMA

  • lol....that's what all the boxers and wrestlers think when they come into my dojo, but they quickly learn, most last anywhere from 4-5 seconds, occasionally one really skilled will last about 30 seconds. I think Bas experience is about the same. But I don't really want to hurt them, just teach them some humility.

  • Just one problem, this guy is not a boxer! he has no foot work, no head movement and no guard, if he was a boxer he would walk straight through the karate guy. a boxer with 8 weeks training at a good boxing gym would smack the shit out of that guy in 60 seconds

  • erm you really think a boxer lets say stand a chance against a black belt?? no didnt think so

  • I started boxing about 5 months ago with my friend who is 3rd dan, UK Shotokan karate champion,(thats 2 above black) we train at local club Tuesday and Thursday then on Friday we do sparring, little mess arounds have been had were my friend could use any technique against a boxer at the gym and the boxer just toyed with him and could take him any time he wanted. My friend concludes boxing is more practical, and same would happen against Muay thai, and kickboxing or mma. Guy in vid not a boxer.

  • ano what 3rd dan is mate...and your point is floored abit if hes a third dan he would take a boxer down no problem at all

  • I faced my brother with boxing he used karate he never touched me once. :PBut I'm not saying Boxing will always beat karate it all depends on who's more expreienced in there fighting style.

  • yeah sound mate

  • I'm not sure what you said. But sure thing? O_o

  • Yes a boxer would kill a black belt! Listen u cn get a black belt over the net! Bt u cnt be a gd boxer unless u have trained very hard punching a bag untill u cnt anymore! Karate is shit allwats will be when up against a boxer or just some1 who is naturaly hard...

  • said like a true idiot that dosent have a qlue what hes talking about

  • I dnt knw what Im talking bout? Well Ive punched the fuck outa many so called karate experts! Your all a joke....Prove it! Come down here n fight!!! Pussy.............

  • i wouldnt waste my time

  • I have never mett a karate student that didnt think he was it!!! And also that they where proved to be not it but shit.....

  • i dont think im it, it takes many years to prove you it

  • lol....sure. you have never met the right Black Belts. No one ever invites me to these things..I wonder why..lol.

  • to be fair its not about the martial art its about the martial artist! whether u are tough or not! thats the question! if your both tough then it will come down to what u know!!!! and knowing karate is gonna hinder u in a big way!!!!

knowing wing chun I would win.....

  • Well.....lets find out. where do you live?

  • ok well give me your fone number in a privette msg then the match will begin....

  • boxers definately new

his foot work is shit and he keeps his hands way to low

  • Damn! I thought MY cameras shutter speed was slow...

  • i think you won but just a sugguestion if i were you id work my switch right front leg head kicks because it will come to the boxers back side of his head plus your south paw to him which will throw him off as well. and work push kicks and knees for when they go for a clinch.

  • I don't know, the quality is ass and neither of you really show enough to judge, except for the high kick you pulled on that guys head. (I don't know if it hit or not). He constantly has his hands down which I knew was bad before I even joined kickboxing.

  • gde takih boicov treniruyut pust oni tam i ostayutsya)

  • how about he gets a better video camera so i can actually see whats going on lol.

  • man that aint a boxer ! It looks like he haz been training for 2 weeks max ...

  • ale cioty

  • malchik ti hot' bi ruki pripodnyal blyat!

  • I think you have something as a fighter but you could become alot better sparring boxers who have actually fought before, try spending more time on the inside, tuck your chin behind your shoulders and dont be so tense

  • Ребята постарались... Тип за кадром своим идиотским смехом придает этой картине ещё большего маразма...

  • ну тут все отписали, хип хоп против хоп хипа, это не боксер_)))lol THIS IS NOT BOXER!!!

  • His hands are way low to be a boxer so I agree. Plus his foot work is strange.

  • Just because his hands are low doesn't mean he doesn't box, he could have just started. I see people all the time dropping their hands without thinking. I bet most of you don't do any martial arts anyway.

  • Lol this guy isnt a boxer. i mean everything was just...Horrible.

  • Братва, так это же New Stile! "Hip hop vs Boxing" Bravo...

  • i say that u won(karate guy)

  • What I really want to know is how you guys caught two ghosts fighting on film.

  • That "boxer" is not using harldy any boxing for at all. He basically looks like a guy who knows TKD or something and is trying to emulate a very poor boxer. That's my humble opinion on it. There is so much wasted movement, backing straight up low hands, etc..

  • so long as the boxer knows how to check the low kicks and keeps his hands up he should have the advantage with handspeed and accuracy he must find the open spots in his opponents atack and work those areas this is especialy ture if the boxer practices the phily-shell deffensive technique.

  • All the boxer has to do is cut the distance between himself and the kicks. If he side steps away from the kick and into the karateka, inside body work would go to the advantage of the boxer.

  • Depending on how long either of them have been training for. I know that I would personally kick the boxers butt regardless if I was in close or over 5 feet away.

  • Wado ryu powns boxing, im doing Wado Ryu too, my friends do boxing i beat them every time, the good defense of Wado Ryu ftw

  • Boxing is to fight one people in the street and knock him down

With good karate technichs and good punch you can kill a man... thats true.

  • horrible

  • Your footwork looks like a crab. Your knees are both bent like a right triangle. That is if your the guy in the white shorts.

  • wow what the hell did i just sit thru? lol it was too low quality to tell anything anyways

  • never say that boxing bets karate or karate bets boxing or any other kind of martial arts it all depends on the fighter who is fighting

  • against a real boxer you would get hurt

  • both useless

  • can't be a real boxer

if this were a real boxer, the fight would be more interesting

and the MA person needs to step up more, u've got ur advantage as the boxer has his own. step up and press the attack a bit.

  • this was stupid

  • I hope he is not a real boxer? He did not circle, jab, cut the ring off and move like a boxer would.

  • what kind of boxing is that, A 8th grade faggot could have done better. Learn the craft b4 you make a ass out of yourself on youtube

  • The boxer is not handling his business.

    The footwork is OFF

    His hands are off

    His ring strategy is off

Flurries should be handed out when the opponent is in the corner and he should be cutting of fthe ring MUCH better.

  • Yeah, his hands are down and he's just chasing the guy around the ring. He's shit, wants to have his hands down like Calzaghe except without any of the skill.

    Lame as fuck.

  • the poster has good high kicks, while the "boxer" is chin up and hands down... doesnt look like a boxer.

  • whats the point of puttin negative points down... im a karateka too. i've always wanted to fight boxers, kickboxers, teakwondokas, other karatekas, in full contact with boxin gloves. just to give me a taste of other martial arts. and it sounds like good fun! =P

  • So much forward and backward movement! That's the spirit of dealing with attacks you've never really blocked before- simply don't be there when the attack lands and you don't have to worry about it.

  • if i was the poster of this video i would be too embarassed to get in the ring. u need more sparring and instruction.u are just a beginner.

  • you guys both suck in what ur style. u guys are a waist of space.

  • 'Arguements' like this always make no sense because its down to the artist not the art! You could have a 50 bout, seasoned kickboxer against a 3 month karateka or a world champion 28 stone heavy weight boxer against a world champion at kung fu in a pub, one pissed. Its always down to the artist & what they take away from the lesson!

  • BOTH CRAP

  • I would hate to fight a martial artist because my personal style of boxing is Outside Fighting, using distance and and utilizing straight punches with occasional hooks and uppercuts. Therefore the only way to win is to be aggressive and make the martial artist shell up and pick him off

  • Personally I prefer not fighting boxers- they have advantages over martial arts. So I took up kickboxing, and in sparring, pretty much just box- rather than kicking. So I'm making myself learn two different ways of "winning"... in-close fighting is a major disadvantage to the martial artist (in most cases) because of the reliance on kicking and keeping the opponant at a distance. Doesn't always work, and I'll be first to admit that.

  • I would have to disagree with your statement that boxers have advantages over martial artists. They only have one advantage, close range fighting, everything else is at a disadvantage. Even I know the limitations of boxing. A good martial artist can throw roundhouses to the body of a boxer or to the head of a boxer and then open up with punches, like in boxing. The only problem I see is that a lot of martial artists are too reliant on kicks and don't mix in enough punches.

  • a pro boxer is fucking dangerous i have seen more pro boxer beat kickboxers and karate guys than the reverse.if u ever train like the pros u will know why.we did 15 rounds 3 minutes 1 min rest between full contact all weights.9kali academy 5 mile run before and 20to30 minutes HARD exercises BEFORE THE rounds.

    kali academy

  • I think it is very smart of you to balance your arsenal with kickboxing to round off your fighting style. I might try a martial art sometime to round off my fighting style, although you typically stick with the style you were first taught in combat. I actually think it might be an asset to learn boxing first because you'll be more inclined to use punches in a martial arts fight, giving the element of suprise.

  • Its a good idea, certainly- it's served me well in the street and in dojo-based sparring. I'dhappily recommend taking up Karate(any style), kung fu(any style), or ju-jiutsu(spelling?) to add a nasty shock to your own boxing- literally! :P

Also, now I started kickboxing, I use both styles pretty much equally- I prefer Karate because I learned it first but I'd not say I bias towards it in an actual fight...

  • As a boxing trainer, looking at any fight with a boxer vs. a martial artist, I see the same reoccuring thing. Boxers always stay on the outside because they are cautious about those kicks. As much as I hate to admit it, the only chance a boxer has to win is pure aggression, moving in with Jabs and Crosses and attacking to the head and body with Hooks and Uppercuts. If a boxer stays too far on the outside, the martial artist can set up combinations with kicks and move in with punches.

  • Pure Agression is a good tactic for a boxer except against wado-ryu. Throwing endless punches that'r just being avoided and redirected is just gonna waste energy. Also, not all Karate fighters use kicks- I've beaten a couple of my friends in fights, thatr boxers, without using kicks. Not saying it was easy by any means, they're both pretty good, but my Karate still won out...
